Subaru Club Finland ry

Hi guys - sorry this is in english....I need some help.

I have a 2006 Hawekye Sti (EJ257) and I am looking to overhaul the car, but would like to know if there any local places close to me that can do the work.

I am looking at rebuilding the engine with forged rods and pistons, new turbo, injectors, fuel pump, clutch, intercooler, suspension, brakes....plus ecu and re-map.

I have done a quick Google, but as usual I can't seem to find much. There are two places I have emailed with no reply from either. So I thought I would ask the people in the know.

I can of course buy all the bits I need from the UK, but I don't have time to do the work myself at home.

OK, so maybe not then. I guess it serves me right for living in a forest.

Let's widen the search.... Tampere, Jyvaskyla...even Helsinki if I really need to travel that far.

Somebody somewhere must be able to rebuild and map these cars?

ST services doesn't remap or do any ecu work AFAIK.

They are located in Alahärmä, ~60km from Seinäjoki.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Too many bad experience and other things happen within this place and it's other business.

Thanks for the replies guys, it is appreciated - not that easy finding stuff like this when you are a Jonny foreinger! There are loads of really good shops in the UK spread all over so regardless where you are you can always find something. Even guys that will rock up to your house and map on the fly.

I did mention I had contacted a few companies I found via Google, but with no reply (maybe my english has put them off!?)...but I won't name on here as it isn't fair.

You did throw up a couple of new ones though - so many thanks for those...I will get in touch with those and see what they say.
