FastECU

Hi guys,

I was wondering if FastECU has support for non Tactrix J2534 cables such as Mongoose PRO or similar J2534 tools? In the light of Tactrix stopped selling OpenPort 2 and it is not clear when they will release OpenPort 3 the need to use other high quality tools with Subaru becomes more apparent. I know that Dime's flasher supports a bunch of cables, but his flasher has very limited functionality so it is of low interest.

I can confirm that there is support for a Denso D-STi device, as I had used one I'd gotten from an old dealership employee

FastECU should support any J2534 device that respects the standard.

Glad to here it's working, because they tried to do a vendor lock and a special patch had to be made to support it.
