If the address range up to 1000 is not affected, the Fastecu Can bootloader will write.
Renesans Shbootmode or ktag will write.

Chinese open port in 99% of cases can't provide boot pin

I can't say exactly what ecu id was there. I rewrote it many times.
Experimentally I found out - newer units 22611-AK22 X - are not flashed. Their CAL ID is A2WD XXXX .
22611-AH110, 111, 112, 121, 122, 123, 124 - CAL ID - A2ZJ XXXX - are flashed.
PS In this case, it doesn't matter what CAL ID is ...

I deleted the kernel from the folder to check - it says not found

Can you get kernel from development branch, there was a problem that those were changed to older versions for some unknown reason. Kernels from development branch should work.
